As an executive leader in digital media products, my aim is to help companies large and small reach their goals through by creating unified Content and Product strategies. I bring an invaluable perspective and a decade of experience establishing global content strategy and developing strategic product roadmaps for emerging products across CTV, OTT, mobile and web.
As a former CNN Digital leader, I have led both content and product teams through successful product launches, including the CNNgo applications on CTV and OTT platforms. Most recently, I spearheaded global content and audience engagement strategy for one of the world’s largest Smart TV manufacturers, Hisense USA.
My goal is to help you set, meet and exceed your goals.
To me, this means considering the impact the experience will have on the consumer when they encounter it. What are they looking for and how will they feel when they find it? Why is this the platform they’ve chosen to engage with it on? And most importantly, who are they? When you know who they are,you can learn what they want and develop successful digital products around that.
I created HADAF DIGITAL because I saw a gap and an opportunity for reorganization and reimagination of how companies approach bringing content to their consumer base. Despite best efforts, true collaboration of cross-functional teams often falls short. Competing timelines, lack of effective communication, experience, and limited knowledge of other teams and workflows combined with divergent priorities and goals inevitably lead to siloed teams.

As a content strategist turned digital product leader, I’ve had the unique opportunity to create effective consumer-focused content strategy while leading product teams that deliver the platform to deliver that content. I have successfully delivered in both disciplines. My experience and empathy for each team is the bases for a holistic approach to building digital products. And my goal is to help your organization adopt and instill a holistic approach to building digital products and an empathy-led approach to strategy and teamwork that will deliver value and develop consumer engagement for your brand or company.
